As a starting point, you have to understand how you’re thinking. Take control and think about where your thoughts are coming from.

The biggest misconception is that we don’t control our thoughts. In fact, we do. What if we (thought) that we think things differently?

For instance, a person in the US might have family who are Christians. However, a Brazilian person who’s raised in the western world is a bit different because they have different backgrounds. So in order to change their lives, they must have some barriers to overcome. So, once we realize what’s causing our problems, we can make changes in our lives.



If you are overconfident you will think only about your accomplishments. You will waste your time thinking about what you do well. One day when you’re in a vulnerable situation and get a task that you’re not confident in, chances are you will not achieve the goal in time. It will take you a week or two to adjust to the new job and to get accustomed to the new environment.

An overconfidence trap. Or maybe a game addiction. It is hard to get out of this dark tunnel. (which is almost like the drug trap) because a person almost wants more and more, so they justify themselves.

In the closing moments of our life, we give in to addiction, because of our subjective satisfaction with our thinking and new behaviors. If we don’t focus on what we put into our thinking, we will have many mental issues, that might have a negative impact on our health. When we do not change the way we think, we will produce a huge number of ideas, in different areas of our life.



We do control our thoughts. By understanding the way we think, we have very limited options. So, take some time and do an investigation.

It is advisable that you do some research on the techniques to help you improve your health. Do this to see the health trends.
